Our treatment emphasizes the power of community and connection. No matter what treatment program you are enrolled in, we emphasize building connections with peers and strengthening existing connections with your loved ones. With a solid support network that helps motivate you in substance use disorder and mental health recovery, you will open new doors to your healthier lifestyle. Together, we heal and create healthier lives.
Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) are just as effective as residential treatment, but are often used as a form of continuous care for those transitioning out of an inpatient program. They typically run for a minimum of nine hours per week in three-hour sessions. If necessary, our team members can adjust your treatment schedule as IOPs are meant to work around your daily routine.
Though IOPs may run longer than other services, like our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and other outpatient treatment programs, our clinicians and providers work with you every step of the way to ensure you receive a high-quality level of care. We work with you on an individual level, using case management to come together as a collective team for your long-term success.
Not everyone can carve out an extended period of time for in-person substance use disorder treatment or mental health treatment. We understand that you have work and family responsibilities. With us, you receive the same quality care and are not disregarded just because you require flexible treatment options.
Your recovery goals are achievable with outpatient services. If necessary, we will make a referral to outpatient therapy while you engage with your individualized treatment plan with us. Our holistic and evidence-based treatment services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication management, developing life and coping skills, mindfulness, and mental healthcare.
Work and family are important. Recovery does not need to interfere with your lives and routines, and it shouldn’t. It should complement your life as you learn to navigate sobriety and a new, healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re coping with addiction or mental health issues, your treatment plan should not be overwhelming or stressful. Our IOP paves the way for you to healthily navigate and balance your recovery along with your personal responsibilities.
Red Rock Recovery Center values a community-focused IOP. Our Denver, Colorado mental health IOPs not only strive to improve your overall wellness regarding mental health and addiction but also strengthen your life skills and support system.
Substance abuse and mental health disorders can make you feel isolated, alone, and/or hopeless. Here, we work together to overcome these negative feelings and break away from the shackles of your disorder. Our peer support is an essential piece of recovery, and our IOP values creating connections to find a new purpose in life.
A combination of evidence-based and holistic care is important when healing from addiction or mental health disorders. Evidence-based services for your behavioral health include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Individually, you work with one of our licensed therapists to discover healthy coping skills. In group therapy sessions, you come together with peers to share your experiences and offer mutual support.
Our rehab services go beyond traditional talk therapy, too; we emphasize the importance of healing mentally, physically, and spiritually. Our outdoor programs, including hiking and open mic nights, and other holistic services, like mindfulness and yoga, are part of our whole-person approach to enhance your overall well-being. The treatment center’s serene location allows you to disconnect and focus fully on yourself, even if it’s just for a few hours a day.
In our IOP, we use an innovative curriculum that focuses on positive psychology. Positive psychology is used to promote well-being and a fulfilling life. Clients also have full access to our addiction treatment resources and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). A combination of evidence-based and holistic care will help address anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health conditions.
Whether you’re coping with substance abuse, mental health disorders, or a combination of the two, our treatment center is equipped with the care you need every step of the way.
It is important that your treatment plan is personal to your needs. Every client is different, and Red Rock Recovery Center acknowledges that through case management. We personalize your treatment plan to ensure the care you receive is right for you and will help you sustain progress long-term.
MAT uses a combination of behavioral health therapy, counseling, and medication to help heal from substance use disorder. It is an individualized, whole-person approach that focuses on preventing cravings, coping with triggers, and keeping clients comfortable. MAT may also be used for clients recovering from alcohol abuse.
Community is essential, even in outpatient programs. When you are at our treatment center, we help you connect with others to grow a support network. Group psychotherapy helps you express your experiences, understand each other in the group, and heal together. Addiction may feel lonely, but recovery does not have to be.
Your support network goes beyond Red Rock Recovery Center. Family and loved ones are important to include in your healing process. The family dynamic can be thrown off when addiction or mental health disorders are present in the household. Family support allows you and your loved ones to reconnect, develop a mutual understanding of how the disorder affects everyone, and strengthen your relationships.
Community is integrated into our IOP in different ways aside from group therapy sessions. Red Rock Recovery Center works with local communities, like the drug court and public mental health services, to support your recovery journey, especially as you transition back into your community. Alumni are also valuable to our community as they act as a way for you to stay connected to both your peers and our facility.
Building connections and friendships with those who have the same morals and goals as recovery helps motivate and empower all. When you are surrounded by others who are also working on bettering themselves, change becomes less overwhelming and more attainable. Our IOP invites you and your peers to connect and grow together.
The addiction recovery journey doesn’t end when you transition out of treatment. Recovery is a lifelong process that requires a solid support system to keep you grounded in your recovery goals and changed lifestyle. Building friendships in IOP with us provides you with a circle of hope and support to assist you every step of the way.
