  • All client-sponsor meetings will need to be conducted via phone or video.
  • All public community integration groups are going to be phased back into place as businesses open.
  • All potential clients will continue be heavily screened for their risk of exposure to the virus.
  • RRRC business development staff have suspended any planned tours and events.
  • Community clients are being advised to limit their public interactions.
  • Community clients are consistently screened for their risk of exposure.

  • All outside events and personal client appointments are being reevaluated for necessity and risk.
  • All outside visitation for clients will be evaluated and approved depending on assessment of various risk factors.

Any person coming into the building may be required to have their temperature taken, answer a questionnaire, and wash their hands. Please Note: clients will be transitioning from current clinical and medical services via telehealth BACK to in person services on site starting June 1, 2020. We will continue to monitor the pandemic and will keep the virtual telehealth platform available if or when the need again arises.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope to resume regular programming as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the above-mentioned protocol, please contact us at 855.218.7588 or email us directly at

Red Rock Recovery Center understands the concerns related to the spread of the COVID – 19 virus and the potential risk of exposure during interactions common with community-based treatment programing. In anticipation of these concerns, Red Rock Recovery Center has implemented the following for the safety of our team and all of those we serve:

  1. Internal policies around infection control that include the CDC’s recommendations for screening, prevention, and identification of potential cases; with protocols built around how to respond to a potential positive for the COVID-19 virus in the event that someone presents at one of our facilities with the condition.
  2. Increased protocols around disinfecting surfaces within the facility that are likely to have regular contact from clients or staff, to ensure that the facility is constantly being maintained during hours of operation above and beyond what would be considered standard for the industry.
  3. Admissions protocol that screens for the highest risk groups in order to help ensure the safety of individuals and/or families seeking care for addiction.
  4. Visitation policies are in line with CDC recommended screening protocols being utilized for screening potential patients. This is so we can ensure that the environment provided for our client care is one that can be as free of potential exposure as we can possibly make it.
