Requesting medical records with Red Rock Recovery Center is simple and straightforward. To obtain copies of medical records, please call us at 720-633-9694 or better yet, send a fax to 720-528-7693 with the details of your request. There is also the option to submit the request in writing to recordsrequests@redrockrecoverycenter.com.
Please note that fees may apply depending on the nature and scope of the request. Also note that requests can take up to 30 days to fulfill per policy. Our team is here to assist you with any questions and ensure you have access to the information you need.
